Child Safety Standards

General Provisions

The Municipal Enterprise “Sanarip Osh” of the Osh City Administration Office ensures the operation of the Osh City application and places the highest priority on child protection.

We confirm full compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as with international instruments, including the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, and we adhere to Google Play’s policies regarding child safety standards.

These standards are mandatory for all users of the application and are aimed at preventing the appearance, storage, and dissemination of materials related to child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited in the application:

• publishing, storing, distributing, or promoting materials that contain child sexual abuse or exploitation;
• any form of sexual exploitation of minors, including grooming, threats, blackmail, and child trafficking;
• creating, transmitting, or disseminating sexual content involving children;
• using the application for actions that may cause harm to or create risks for children.

Protection and Response Measures

To counter such content, the application implements the following measures:

• Moderation – automatic and manual review of uploaded and distributed content;
• Complaint response – receiving and reviewing user reports, prompt removal of violating materials;
• Blocking – accounts found distributing illegal content are subject to immediate suspension;
• Cooperation with state authorities – information on violations is, if necessary, transmitted to national and regional law enforcement bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• Compliance with international standards – the application operates in accordance with international law, including the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Reporting Violations

Users are provided with the opportunity to promptly report violations:

• through the built-in “Report” function in the application;
• via email: info@sanariposh.kg.
• Each report is reviewed as quickly as possible, followed by the adoption of appropriate measures within our competence.
