The municipal enterprise “Digitalization Osh” has successfully completed the development of the technical specification for the creation of the Automated Information System “UMS” (Municipal Property Management) under the Osh City Hall.
The goal of the project is to enhance transparency, efficiency, and digital oversight in the management of municipal assets and land plots.
The enterprise’s specialists conducted an analysis of current processes, identified the system’s functional requirements, and developed a structure for digital interaction between departments.
The implementation of the AIS “UMS” will enable:

faster data and request processing;

minimization of human error;

creation of a unified and up-to-date register of municipal property;

improved reporting and management control.
This project represents another step toward the digital transformation of Osh City and fully aligns with the City Hall’s strategic initiative — “Sanarip Osh” (Digital Osh).
